A Few Notes on Customization

• Please leave your desired letters in the order notes when placing your order.

• You can choose up to 10 letters. We recommend 4–6 letters for the best look.

• Each piece features an original, hand-drawn letter design.

• The first letter will be slightly larger by default.

• We'll add one of our signature little flowers to each piece, placing it where it looks best with your letters.

• Custom designs and design consultations are not available.

• Since each piece is made just for you, customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

CRAFT&CARE:

Silver may naturally oxidize over time. Its shine can be restored with the polishing stick included in your order.

Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place after wear.
